The student should have a valid passport with at least six months validity period or more. Whenever students have applied for a new passport or renewal of passport during their stay in Australia they should be informed at the embassy and their Visa should be updated with a new passport number.

Students should submit their medical fit proofs attested by a certified doctor. The student should provide their HAP ID in the visa application form. Medical check-ups can also be done after starting the visa process. The applicant should show that they have enough funds to support the entire course tuition fee, living expenses, and emergency expenses if any. Students should provide their experience certificates from their previous employers and provide the payment slips as proof. Along with that students should upload an updated resume to give a brief understanding of their skills.
